Check Printer/Model
The TSP100IV includes two distinct types of printer products: the TSP100IV (Receipt Printer) and the TSP100IV SK (Label Printer).
Additionally, each printer product has models with different interfaces.
The product name and model name being used can be confirmed using the following method.
Check the label on the bottom of the product.
The product name can be found within the green frame, and the model name within the red frame in the illustration.
