- Definition of "For automotive"

The products which meet the following specification is defined as "For automotive" product.
Operating temperature range: -40°C to +80°C
Thermal shock test: Survive 1000 cycles of thermal shock test. One cycle is a set of 30 minutes exposure to -40°C and 30 minutes exposure to +80°C.
Please note the high melting point solder might be used in order for the product to meet above specification.
High melting point solder includes the lead but it is a exemption of RoHS regulation.
