- We will do fair and equitable business with our suppliers and subcontractors.
- We will do a fair and equitable selection of suppliers and subcontractors in view of objective criteria such as quality, price, delivery, technology, environmental consciousness, and awareness of social responsibility.
- We never offer a preference treatment to a particular supplier by making use of an advantageous position or influence over suppliers’ selection and evaluation.
- As an individual, I will never receive a rebate, commission, or reward from any supplier or subcontractor.
