Whether to repeatedly notify the discovery of the same device until the discovery is complete
If true, discovery notifications are repeatedly issued each time the same device is discovered until the discovery ends.
if false, discovery notification is issued only once for each combination of device and connected interface.
This applies only to lan and bluetoothLE
